A quick look at yours, Blakar Singh ji's and Gurcharan Singh ji’s posts at efloraofindia <https://sites.google.com/site/efloraofindia/species/a---l/ar/asteraceae/cichorioideae/cichorieae/prenanthes/prenanthes-violaefolia> suggests my plant to be P. violaefolia. But the FOI shows a very different plant under Lactuca violaefolia <http://www.flowersofindia.net/catalog/slides/Viola-Leaved%20Blue%20Sow-Thistle.html>, which I had seen on my trek at 3200m and has leaves closer to those of violas. Please advise.
