Mr Garg-- Thanks for reposting this. Somehow my tentative ID got confused with other plants (Dr Singh had said it had simple leaves, someone else had suggested Brazilian pepper). This is the plant that is likely a Senna species; ID will still likely require a close-up or better-focused pictures.
