I am fairly sure this is Strobilanthes khasyana (Nees) T. Anderson - note
only 2 fertile stamens.

This is the first record of this species since 1886 and is thus very
interesting. Could you ask MR Sawmliana if he could send any details of
exact habitat, population size, height of plant etc. I would be very
interested to see additional photos if he has them, even if not of such
good quality.
