This is *Jasminum humile*.  Recorded from Afghanistan to SW China, India, 
Myanamar and Central Asia.  'Flowers of Himalaya' say common in 
shrubberies, forests
@ 1500-3000m. Collet recorded as common at Shimla.  Stewart noted it in 
many parts of Pakistan, common in juniper tracts in Baluchistan and common 
in Kashmir.
The black berries do have crimson juice.
