*I understand this to be Clematis ladakhiana* - as far as is known, *C.tibetana* is not found in the NW Himalaya/Indian Trans-Himalaya. See my recent comments about the *Clematis orientalis* species complex based upon the work of Dr Grey-Wilson, who described *C.ladakhiana*.
