Dear All

Yes, this is *Aleurites moluccana* (L.) Willd., commonly called Candle-nut
tree or *Jungli-Akhrot* (in Hindi), originally introduced and cultivated in
tea gardens and now found in many gardens and also often found naturally in
secondary forests. The kernel of the seed is edible and has a pleasant
walnut taste.
