Thank you Nabha ji, Dr. Culham and Garg ji for the ID

As per Wiki, it is known as Judas tree, as it is believed that Judas 
committed suicide by hanging himself from this tree. Another possible 
theory is that seedpods dangle direct from the trunk in a way reminiscent 
of Judas' suicide.
