Difficult to ID as floral details are not visible (poly/gamopetalous/ stamen no/ carpels).. If I have to make a WILD guess I will say Gypsophila cerastoides (Caryophyllaceae). A late season population, unusual in having solitary flower. DSRawat Pantnagar
