Dear Satish ji,
When I get hold of plants physically or from photo I never make any vague
guesses anytime my Id may me wrong sometimes but what i do is study the
morphology minutely and try to get hold of as many as characters as possible
and try to match with a family with similar set of character one i get this
my search get narrower and then move into genus and species subsequently .
This group is very useful though I send very less for ID but India has a
great biodiversity and at least it's impossible for me to remember all the
names of the plants in a single glance ,,,,,, this initiative by Garg ji is
resourceful in any sense.
Regards
Tanay
