I have made a very flavourful wine using starfruit. Our tree gave me more than 10 kgs of fruit on Pongal day last year. (And this was after leaving those too high for me to reach with safety.) I kept about one Kg,(in the fridge) to have a fruit each day as my daily dose of Vitamin C.
