Nice photo Shobha ji! As Parjanya ji says the bird should be a nector robber (if it takes nector from Hedychium) in this context as its beak is much shorter than the corolla tube. Hedychium is pollinated by lepidopterans i.e. butterflies, moths etc. as i understand.
