Could be *Acanthospermum australe <https://sites.google.com/site/efloraofindia/publications/publications/sringeswara-a-n>* (Asteraceae) - A new distributional record for India. Rhedeea, 22(1): 32-34. C. Haleshi, A. N. Sringeswara, Sahana Vishwanath, M. D. Rajanna and Balakrishna Gowda.
But posted plant does not seem to match images of *Acanthospermum australe* found on net. Will return later to this post if I find any better possibility. Regards.
