Dear Garg ji,
Here is my reply which I given to Pankaj Oudhia ji in response to
his query:
"No particular terms and conditions. Your name will appear on page
displaying the picture as
the photographer. If we use your picture, in some other extension
related to the site, your name will also appear there prominently.
Needless to say, you are free to do anything with the picture whose
copy you send us - putting it on the Flowers of India site doesn't
restrict you in using it anywhere else."

There is also a message displayed on the main page of the site:
"All images on this site are © copyrighted and may not be used without
permission."
In addition to this, all plant images on the site are watermarked to
discourage casual lifting of images from the site and using them
somewhere else.
This, I think, summarizes the philosophy of Flowers of India website.
We have been refusing requests asking permission for commercial use of
the pictures on the site.
   Best wishes
   - Tabish
