This could be Monterey Cypress; the dimensions more closely fit this species. 
It is a tree with a very limited tolerance of climate, however, growing 
naturally only in a narrow coastal strip in Central California, USA. Those 
conditions could be approximated, perhaps, with the elevation (5000-6000') at 
which this specimen is growing.
