You are correct Garg ji, if the leaves are scabrous(rough hairs) above, it is V. divergens, otherwise it is Vernonia daalzelliana(= *Acilepis* *ornata* (Talbot) H.Rob. & Skvarla <http://www.theplantlist.org/tpl1.1/record/gcc-150664>.)
