This looks correct - COMPLETELY different to the plants photographed in 
Spiti which are posted above.

Flowers of the Himalaya says rocks @ 3000-5000m from Pakistan to SW China.

Stewart describes it as another fine perennial on cliffs at high levels in 
Kashmir @ 3300-4200m.
