Dear Raghu Ji, Does Madhuca sp from Sapotaceae have this kind of fruit? I never knew it !! As far as my knowledge Madhuca sp have style subulate, persistent. Berry globose to ellipsoid, with enlarged persistent brown calyx. Please check Sir . Regards Tanay
