Thanks Dineshji, for telling us how you do it. Your way of presentation is very beautiful like looking at a photo album. And since there are not attachments, it saves space in our inboxes too. But how does the page look from your side? Do you have home page with entries for each item? And do you copy paste the whole page or just paste the link in your postings?
