Wonderful retrieval of information, Vijayasankar ji. This is so wonderful.
Found entries of karagunta, karakutta and karakunta in Rev. A. Männer's
Tulu-English Dictionary - all three mean - disease of cattle, called
Epizootic aphthae. Will try to find how any these words connect to the
plant or its fruit.
