Pterocarpus bear yellow coloured flowers; could it be Pterocarpus indicus/
Pterocarpus dalbergioides;
since the flower and other particulars are not clear in the images, and no
description is offered it is difficult to conclude, any thing would be a
wild guess looking at the unclear images.
