Dear Gurcharan Ji I think one more reason for success of the group is selflessness helping nature of the members, especially senior members. There is no professional rivalry here, as in many research institutions. After joining this group i learn so many things, which i could not have otherwise, regarding photography of plants and many aspects of plant taxonomy. Now i am trying to put my earlier taken photos for id. Tanay Ji has rightly said 10 reasons for the success of the group Really, i am enjoying very much in the group and getting more and more info from members May God gives long life to this Group
