Dear Dr.Badri,
I got surprised that the shrub has a name in Taxonomy.
I don't have words to thank you.
How did you know it?

I got more puzzled that it had Tamil name also.
The ring shaped structure is the attraction.(In Tamil named mothira kanni
accordingly).
I don't know why there is such a structure.

Still there are at least 50 varieties of trees in vandalur forest ,that
needs to be identified which are not commonly found along Chennai or
Kanchipuram District.

Is there any website where can I find all this unidentified flowers by me?

Thanks,
Bharathi
