Dr. C. M. Sabapathy, Scientist at the Indian Botanic Garden has developed a
mobile App which can track every perennial plant in the garden with name,
location, habit, and longitude and latitude. As per his App this is *Quassia
amara *L. (Simaroubaceae). Hats off to Dr. Sabapathy.
