To me appears more closer to *Stellaria aquatica* (L.) Scop. <https://sites.google.com/site/efloraofindia/species/a---l/c/caryophyllaceae/stellaria/myosoton-aquaticum> rather that at *Stellaria himalayensis* Majumdar <https://sites.google.com/site/efloraofindia/species/a---l/c/caryophyllaceae/stellaria/stellaria-himalayensis> as per images herein.
