I would then accept your name *Platanthera biermanniana* with spur almost same or shorter than ovary, 3 to 4 leaves with deep veins, green-yellow flowers. Now I understand your point because I was thinking it is a bud on the top, but, actually its a open flower (thats the way they are in *Platanthera biermanniana*). Thanks and regards Pankaj
