Dear Hemanth, Not sure of your query, whether it is about the validity of the synonymy among the 3 names OR is it that the synonyms are in far placed genera. Not sure of answers from botanical perspective, but that these names are related to each other as synonyms, and *Hibiscus vitifolius* is the current accepted name.
