I am posting a picture of fruit of the plant photographed at base village
of Manikgad, posted for listing names.
The plant is cultivated, its fruit is comparatively longer (and there are
more varieties bearing yet longer fruits).
The wild species bears fruit just about an inch long.
I believe the posted plant (for listing names) is *Abelmoschus esculentus*.
Please validate again.
