Dear members,
What words you say are always insufficient to a great soul like Dinesh
Valke ji.
He has been a pioneer. He is always full of great ideas. Lot of them
successfully implemented in efloraofindia.
And what he is doing now, is simply out of the world. His great efforts in
compiling names of the Indian plants in all the local languages in their
own script, is commendable.
Future generations will certainly remember his great contributions not only
in this area, but also in carrying great responsibilities of efloraofindia
on his shoulders.
He has released more than 20,000 of his identified flora images in his
Flickr account to Wikimedia Commons, which any body can use freely all over
the world.
I have always been a great admirer of his deep social commitments for the
welfare of the society and trying to emulate him, when ever possible.
Completion of 10,000 messages on efloraofindia on 1/1/18, is another cap in
his feather, which a very few will find possible to achieve.
My hats off to his hard work and continued efforts.
