This is Coniogramme serrulata, from Wallich's famous locality, Nagarjun
forest ("Raniban"), which is next to my flat. It has serrate apical
margins, though a bit out of focus on magnifying in your photos. You can
see it illustrated, and all the species of Coniogramme in Nepal described
diagnostically in Ferns and Fern-allies of Nepal, vol. 1. I expect you
have got this book? - if not, I would suggest you might need it and it is
available free from the National Herbarium, Godavary, as it is a Govt.
publication. You can also see all the collections of Nepalese ferns in the
National Herbarium, all properly identified in their various folders by me
and my student Dr. Kandel, there, who will also be able to identify your
photos.
Best wishes,
Chris F.-J.
