Dear Raghu Ji,
This Polyporales member is *Coltricia cinnamomea** * (Jacq.) Murr.Bull.
Torr. Bot. Cl. 31: 343 1904. ( Synonym: *Polyporus cinnamomeus* (Jacq.)
Pres.) commonly this group of fungi are known as " Funnel cap mushrooms" due
to their inverted funnel like cap . Please see the under surface of the
fungi from the photo you will see many pore like structures that's why they
are from the order Polyporales..  *Coltricia cinnamomea* the color vary a
lot from as dark as your to light color so many a times people get
confused.....  Anyways great capture
