On further checking, I see some small ear-like structure (i.e. auriculate pseudo-stipule) at the base of each leaf stalk, in some of the leaves. Pl. check. If so, it should be Aristolochia elegans <https://sites.google.com/site/efloraofindia/species/a---l/ar/aristolochiaceae/aristolochia/aristolochia-littoralis> as per images and details herein.
