Dear All,
            thank you for the information. If this root/stem  is  Agave and
not *Maerua oblongifolia*  can one identify as to which species of Agave it
is?
Further, shouldn't one be making corrections in Eflora website, Wikipedia
etc., where it is identified as  *Maerua oblongifolia.*
