in addition

you might be over-watering it
usually that is the the problem with african violets and peperomias as
newly acquired houseplants
reduce watering (only water when about 3-4 cms of the top of the soil feels
kind-a dry
also its better to water from the bottom, put a saucerful of water under
the pot for a few hours

second reason could be light and nitrogen content, so also follow the
advice given by  Mahadeswara ji

I notice you have left it in the plastic pot,
most of the houseplant peperomias are succulent,
succulents do better in terra cotta pots, let their roots breathe,

and pebbles in the drip catching saucer below the pot works wonders.
