Thanks Mahadeswara ji.

I got response in facebook group Indian Flora
<https://www.facebook.com/groups/indianflora/?multi_permalinks=2070015793039749>
- tautonym.

I went on to find on internet - any botanical list of tautonyms - I could
not find it so far. There are many sites providing zoological. I also see
the names are ditto (genus & species) in case of zoological.

Just came across page in Wikipedia
<https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_tautonyms> where the opening lines
say: Such names are allowed in zoology, but not in botany, where the two
parts of the name of a species must differ ... as small as one letter ...

Thus I assume there is no good name like tautonym in case of botany.

Regards.
