It does look close to *Epilobium hirsutum*, and could possibly be; to me the central structure looks large relative to corolla in the pictures on *Epilobium hirsutum* L. <https://sites.google.com/site/efloraofindia/species/m---z/o/onagraceae/epilobium/epilobium-hirsutum> page.
