Checklist of Nepal <http://www.efloras.org/florataxon.aspx?flora_id=110&taxon_id=241000169> says Himalaya (Nepal, Sikkim), in that case elevation will not be 200-250 m as mentioned here. By the way, was it near any habitation ? If so, elevation may not matter.
