Thanks, Pankaj ji. The Plant List is a fixed set of data based on data supplied by various organizations, few years back, in this case WCSP. WCSP records have changed since than, but The Plant List remains same with the old data. Even Catalogue of Life is also based on WCSP data in this case, but it is updated every month. I know both taxons are different based on data of WCSP, which is more upto date. Data of Flora of Pakistan and Flora of China are also old i. e. why can not be relied upon in this case.
