Thanks, Rawat ji, Going by these keys it appears close to L. riparia, but I think it is not listed in Checklist of Nepal. Also similar images identified earlier as Leptodermis kumaonensis as per https://sites.google.com/site/efloraofindia/species/m---z/r/rubiaceae/leptodermis/leptodermis-kumaonensis
