Again, one of my flickr contacts provided me the ID as *Acacia senegal*,
now *Senegalia senegal*
I referred to Pradip Krishen's small Plant Guide to Rao Jodha Desert Rock
Park <http://www.raojodhapark.com/PDF/RJP_small_plant_guide.pdf>, in which
*Kumatiyo*, (* Acacia senegal *) is illustrated. A characteristic feature
of this small tree is - it is the only desert acacia with set of three
thorns, the middle one of which is recurved.

Here is cropped version of one of the photos, though of blurred quality,
showing the three thorns at every node ...
