I think yes, *Senegalia mellifera. *Only difference the flowers were white rather than yellow. I have seen this growing in the garden at Institute of Forest Genetics and Tree Breeding, Coimbatore. They also have herbarium specimen of the same. They said that this was recently introduced from Sudan. There is nice representation in the eFI website.
