In absence of spines and prickles this should be a member of Acacia proper, and again may be an introduced species. I am knowing two such introduced species, now naturalized in certain areas, both devoid of spines, A. decurrens and A. dealbata and having the heads arranged in panicles and this is likely to be one of them, possibly A. dealbata as the leaflets are not sharply decurrent at the base. Thank you.
