Yes, Garg ji, it does look different from flowers / fruits of *Pergularia
daemia* ... but I am not able to guess.
I am not sure whether it has something to do with premature dying of the
plant - whether the dried structures are buds / flowers. I am not confident.
At other spots in the park, the climbers on Cryptostegia grandiflora was
only Pergularia daemia - I must be mistaking.
