there are About 85 species of Ochna: mainly in tropical Africa, a few species in tropical Asia; one species in China. per eflora your single picture is from a cultivated plant so no saying where the origin is if it was wild we could guess and give benefit of doubt may be it could be the one listed as chinese species. the one you want to call it. but....
