There are two different species of Dendrobiums in the pictures. I assume the one on the back a bit above is Dendrobium chrysotoxum (but I need to see proper image with flower); the one in front should be Dendrobium farmeri, but as I said, I cant confirm from these pics. Dendrobium farmeri is known from Bangladesh. Easier way would be to compare your plants with the above names or show me better pics. I would be happy if you dont have to damage the plants for that. These are becoming rare day by day and could be only living image of the two species in Bangladesh.
