Hi, Garg ji and Nidhan ji, this is Gagea reticulata (Synonyms - Gagea pseudoreticulata)
I examined and photographed these plants this year also and during my recent visit to high altitude i also found G.lutea, so i rechecked it again. In Flora of Himachal Pradesh Gagea reticulata is mentioned and after comparing with the images on gbif site i am almost sure that this is Gagea reticulata.
