Of course. Bats have feeding and roosting seperate places. For feeding they generally fly to the direction of forest if it is near by or the fruit trees which they know off during night. They eat and come back to roosting place. Here they pass on the seeds through feces. We can study what bats have eaten by these seeds or saplings which come under the tree.
