Hi Rajesh,

This flower grows on its own in my home garden. (Info: Our region is
considered to be semi deciduous, not Western ghats )

Regards
Raghu

Hi Dinesh,
Mr. Ananth's supporting data sheet suggest that the flower was photographed in
garden/park of Mysore Ditsrict (Western Ghats). Wherein as if we speak abt
this flower (ekboli) is only recorede in wilderness of maharashtra. can someone
throw light on it, since I've seen this shrub in matheran, Rajmachi,
Bhimashankar & Tungareshwar (SGNP).
