Small size of leaflets is creating doubts about D. multiflorum: As per Flora of China <http://www.efloras.org/florataxon.aspx?flora_id=2&taxon_id=242317566>: Shrubs, erect, 1-2 m tall, yellow to white pubescent, becoming glabrescent.* Leaves 3-foliolate; petiole 1.5-4 cm, densely tomentose; terminal leaflet blade elliptic or obovate, 5-10 × 3-6 cm,* base cuneate or nearly rounded, apex obtuse or acute, mucronate.
As per Flora of Pakistan: Erect shrub, branches grey silky. *Leaf trifoliolate, petiole 2.5-6.5 cm long, leaflets 7.5-10 cm long, c. 5 cm broad, ovate or obovate, rounded at both ends, mucronate, glabrescent above, densely appressed hairy below; *stipules c. 7.5 mm long. This is something else.
