Shape of the fruit is confusing me although leaves and other aspects
appears similar to Citrus macroptera as per
https://idtools.org/id/citrus/citrusid/factsheet.php?name=Citrus+macroptera
http://www.phytoimages.siu.edu/cgi-bin/dol/dol_terminal.pl?taxon_name=Citrus_macroptera&rank=binomial

But some images how similar shape as per

Wikipedia <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Citrus_macroptera> states as below:
The species is sometimes divided into four varieties, or alternatively into
three separate species, as follows:[5]
<https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Citrus_macroptera#cite_note-Porcher-5>

   - *C. macroptera* var. *macroptera*
   - *C. macroptera* var. *annamensis* Tanaka
   <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ch%C5%8Dzabur%C5%8D_Tanaka> -> *C.
   combara* Raf.
   <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Constantine_Samuel_Rafinesque>
   - *C. macroptera* var. *combara* (Raf.) Tanaka -> *C. combara* Raf.
   <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Constantine_Samuel_Rafinesque>
   - *C. macroptera* var. *kerrii* Swingle
   <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Walter_Tennyson_Swingle> -> *C. kerrii* (
   Swingle <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Walter_Tennyson_Swingle>) Tanaka
   <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ch%C5%8Dzabur%C5%8D_Tanaka>

Pl. check.

On further checking, it is given as a syn. of *Citrus hystrix *DC. by Catalogue
of Life

seems to match with it.
