It reminds me of something in Caryophyllaceae or Mollugonaceae (both 
Caryophyllales).  Regardless, not Euphorbia/Chamaesyce.  Both 
Euphorbia/Chamaesyce serpillifolia and E. parryi are restricted to the 
Americas.
